Im not sure if this is possible, as it doesnt appear that I can do this, but if we’re truly using Mobile Install as a Scheduling resource, then there needs to be a provision for stopping a task and restarting it on the calendar. Its not uncommon that in the course of a multiple day installation, that one of the techs may need to be sent to a service call or to assist on another project in the middle of the previously booked install. Right now, I have to “double book” a tech to do this; I should just be able to add another appointment or resource to an existing Task. Am I missing something? Is that possible now?
