Is there a way to see and or reverse the pricing adjustments that you have made in a project?

I am not sure I understand the question but you can view/edit Price Adjustments within a Project via the Settings tab:

I apologize for not being more clear.
When I am in the project editor, I select any number of products and then click on price rules and create a rule that provides that number of products with a discount. For simplicity, lets say 10%.
Since I can not see that I have already applied a discount, and I am getting old, I repeat the same process with the same number of products.
There does not appear to be any flag or report that shows that I have applied a discount, or what the discount is or even a way to reverse the discount. (other than using the feature to update all products from catalog – but I have not tested this yet)
Do you or anyone else know of a simple way to see this? And if not, can we put a vote in for this as a feature request?
Using the Price Adjustment feature that you illustrate looks like it would apply the adjust to all products, labor or accessories.

I would recommend not using Price Rules for what you are referring to as a “discount”. While fine to do, if you want to be able see the discount, use the Discount field:
You can use Mass Update to update multiple items at one time:
“Discount” is a column that displays on the “Price” Layout, or you can create a custom layout.

Thank you so much for teaching me the correct way to apply a discount.
Is there a way to see what discounts have been applied via the “price rules” method?

There is no way to see if a Price Rule has been applied to Items. Once applied, the pricing simply changes.
