Open visio on my server and the “product explorer” and “product datamatrix” are there.

    Close and exit server.

Open visio on my client and they’re not there.

Sounds like Visio was installed on your Client machine after SIX. See here.

Okay did that, but here is the new problem. When I right click a project and “Open in visio” it opens it with Office.

Not sure I understand “opens it with Office”…what Microsoft Office program is it trying to use to open the file? It is possible that your .vsd files on that machine have been assigned to “open with” another program other than Visio. If that is not the case, you can open a Support Ticket.

Correct. VSD files assigned to open with “office”
