I am with a university with over 40 buildings. along with the intended use of dtools (creating projects/drawings, estimates etc…) We want to use D-tools to build a database of our buildings/floors/rooms, then use the “service order” tool to dispatch out to locations to help create a history for each room.
What is the best way to create the client tree? Ideally we would use Client=main campus, then project = building then down the tree from there. but am I correct that project is the final step of the tree?
Will I have to set it up as client=building and project = room?
