Hey everyone, I am writing to ask if anyone else has encountered the issue of D-tools causing visio to stop responding and crash. It happens every time I try to save or delete objects from visio. I only know this is the issue as visio prompted me to uninstall the D-tools addon. We have been using D-tools for nearly a year and have integrated well into it, making it a primary tool that we need to have running. I am running visio professional 2013 and have had no issues up until the latest updates. I need to have visio up and running.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I am experiencing exactly the same issue after having used Visio with D-Tools for almost a decade I am now suddenly left stranded with Visio crashing every time I try to open a drawing. Experiencing the issue on multiple machines. It is an interface issue with D-Tools as I do not experience any issues with Visio if I open it standalone.

Can you make a ticket with support and attach a project with drawings and with steps to replicate.
