I rarely send a report with everything in the Project included. Therefore when I click on the new Customer Portal I need the option to choose “Filtered Items” or “Selected Items” and not just the ability to run a report with all items included. I tried to just add a document but that doesn’t have the signature field when accepting a proposal.

Now I also noted any of the old reports I use don’t have the ability to have/request a signature field when accepted. How do we add this to the report so it has a signature field. I see in the Share Documents window where on the newer reports (that I don’t use) it says “This report allows for embedded signatures in SI.”

    Hi,

This blog post outlines how to add a signature field to a custom report –

Add a Client’s Signature on Existing Custom Reports

We will consider the option to add support for Filtered Items and Selected Items in the next SI update for sharing reports on the customer portal.

    Regards,

Thank you for the reply tonight. I was able to quickly add the signature field to my custom reports. I feel like the best option for me would be able to add a report to the portal from the Report Viewer screen. Then I can see the report, I know it looks like I want, and then I could select to publish it from there instead of using another tab and creation process
