I rarely send a report with everything in the Project included. Therefore when I click on the new Customer Portal I need the option to choose “Filtered Items” or “Selected Items” and not just the ability to run a report with all items included. I tried to just add a document but that doesn’t have the signature field when accepting a proposal.
Now I also noted any of the old reports I use don’t have the ability to have/request a signature field when accepted. How do we add this to the report so it has a signature field. I see in the Share Documents window where on the newer reports (that I don’t use) it says “This report allows for embedded signatures in SI.”
Thank you for the reply tonight. I was able to quickly add the signature field to my custom reports. I feel like the best option for me would be able to add a report to the portal from the Report Viewer screen. Then I can see the report, I know it looks like I want, and then I could select to publish it from there instead of using another tab and creation process
